The day, as it
actually happened.
Documentary-led, quietly done, and shot with the same eye as the hotels and villas these days tend to happen in.
Most of my year is spent photographing hotels, restaurants and travel for clients like Le Sirenuse, Six Senses and Rosewood. That work is the reason the weddings look the way they do — I am used to making a place look like itself, in whatever light it happens to have, without stopping the day to do it.
No long lists of set-up group shots, no directing you through a sunset you would rather be enjoying. I photograph what is already happening, stay out of the way, and hand back something that feels like the day rather than a version of it.
London-based and very happy to travel.
